Christmas Wrap-Up...

I have just a few more pics from Christmas I want to share.  I'm SO ready to be done with it, but, can you believe, I'm just now getting ready to send out Christmas cards...I'm so frustsrated!!  But, at least they are going out, right?  Last year, I didn't do anything!

I was DYING to get Olivia into a santa hat and take pictures, but, she wasn't having it.  If she even saw me with a hat, she'd put her hands over her head.  I think I have a picture of her doing just that, but, moved it to the external drive.  I'll see if I can't find it.  Anyway, I did picture's of a friend's baby with the santa hat and they turned out so great, I just had to give it one more shot with Olivia.  I came across a hat I had bought for Owen when he was a year and it was quite a bit smaller which makes it that much harder to get off!!  I managed to get a few shots with the smaller hat, but they aren't what I wanted...note the little turd celebrating that she got it off! ;O)

These were all in color, but, I think they are more fun in B&W.  But, just in case you want to see, here is the original...

This is the closest I got to anything on her head without complaint, little goofball!!  Her eyes aren't truly quite this blue, this method exaggerates the color a bit.  But, I like it!

I saw this on Pinterest and made Owen try it out.  He was less than cooperative I have to say, but, honestly, this is just a little on the creepy side for me anyway! ;O)  I can't put my finger on why...maybe it's because of the abused expression on his face!

I've been meaning to re-do Olivia's pictures with these wings for a while now and finally got around to it.  She was also less than pleased, but, her mother was amused anyway!!  I have some shadow on her face which I don't like, but, for some reason, I love the picture from the back.  She's almost getting too big for these! :O(  She's really growing fast.  I need to find her stats from her 9 month visit.  I think her and her brother will be within just a few ounces of one another on their first birthdays.  It will be interesting to see!
